Errands!

Errands can be quite eventful with kids! Today we went to eat lunch at one of our favorite pizza places in town... mainly b/c of the dessert pizza! Then we went to Hobby Lobby and Sams! Three places with two kids in tow... hmmmmmm! Actually they did really well, but it exhausts me! When we got home from Sams around 5:00, Jason was home so he helped unload the car and the girls. Then, I realized I had forgotten plates for a baby shower I'm helping host on Sunday and I forgot string cheese which is Kennedy's favorite snack. So, back to Sams (without kids) I went. WOW, what a difference it makes not having to load and unload 2 kids, buckle them in the cart, entertain them in the store, unload groceries, buckle them back in... you get the picture. After I came home I actually had energy! I also ran to CVS for a prescription and to United for a Chai Tea Latte and bowtie pasta (Sams didn't have it). Three places in half the time and two times the energy! Seriously, I feel like I had been recharged! These are the days that I just wish Jason had 1 day a week off so I could just have a few hours to do some things!

Here's Morgan at Sams with this HUGE Minnie Mouse!

It was so cute as we were getting out of the car at Hob Lob, I was saying, "Let's Go," so Kennedy started saying, "Let's Go, Mo Mo," and she motioned her and wanted to hold her hand! Precious, precious!
Did I not say the dessert pizza is the reason we love this pizza place? Does this picture not prove that?

Morgan was taking pictures in the car, "Smile Momma!"
Speaking of errands, this was at Walmart on Tuesday while Morgan was at school. Kennedy was throwing a fit b/c I took something away from her.
Tomorrow we play Tarleton and we get to meet up with Shanan and her girls! Shanan's husband was the DC at Midwestern when Jason coached at Old High. It is so funny b/c this week she was the featured pick em on the Lone Star Conference Scoopcast and she obviously picked Tarleton to win against us. She said it was a hard pick b/c they were playing friends. The guys doing the Scoopcast went on to say that we probably meet at the mall and get our nails done, so I had to leave a comment saying that they'd be much more likely to find us talking stats than getting our nails done! Ha! If they could only see our MANY texts the past few weeks, mostly about football! I think our husbands wish we would quit trying to be assistant DC's and just be wives! Ha! I'm looking forward to getting together before the game, but not looking forward to playing each other! If we could only be on the same team... then we could be partners in crime... the crazy coaches wives yelling in the stands! Ha!

See, I think you and Shanan and Erin have it easier than me, b/c at least ya'll are all defensive wives and so your husbands don't actually call plays against each other. Not me, my hubby has to call plays against yours. I really don't like that!!! Good luck tomorrow and ya'll better text me and keep me updated. I love the picture of Kennedy and the pizza. Some of my guys looked like that tonight eating the oatmeal chocolate bars!!! Glad you got to finish up your errands sans kids and that you got a little time to yourself. Be safe traveling tomorrow.

It is almost 11 o'clock and Bella and I are reading your blog. She is STILL awake! I am showing her pictures of Morgan and Kennedy because I have been telling them about your girls all week. She is very worried about Kennedy because she is crying in the last picture. :) I love the pizza picture btw!!! I am excited about seeing yall tomorrow!!!

Love the pictures of precious Kennedy enjoying her pizza cookie! Yes, that is one of our favorite places, too! LOVE IT for the dessert pizza as well! Cute pic of the girls walking hand in hand into Hobby Lobby. So sweet. Jack misses Kennedy. ;) And Jake misses Morgan, too, but AW broke the news to him that Morgan would never be interested in younger guys, so he can forget it! :) HA! Hope yall are great. Go Cats tomorrow! :)

You know me....lots of comments!! First of all, Hobby Lobby is nearly my most favorite store of all time! I mean, really?!?! Scrapbooking, crafts, and gorgeous home decor, not to mention all the fun things like cute paper plates and knick-knacks for each holiday! Second, I LOVE me some Sam's!!! I could spend ALL day in there!! My kids love it too!! they call it "the big store" LOL
That dessert pizza? LOOKS GOOD. Unfortunately, I'm on a no-carb diet (which is working since I'm down 14 pounds) but that word PIZZA just invokes serious ENVY!

So cute - you forgot to add the 1,000 questions you must answer - or is that just my girls. I can't even think of what I need to get because I keep getting blanketed by questions from one child and taking everything away from the other. Funny how even doing grocery shopping can be as good as a vacation when it is the only free time you get by yourself!! Men just don't understand!!
