Easter

The Easter bunny did come to our house, but he decided to hide Eggs inside!
Morgan sliding!

Morgan was so excited about finding all her Easter eggs.
Morgan in her Easter dress... brrr, I'm sure she froze!

Jackson, Reagan, and Morgan at the Egg-Stravaganza!
Morgan and Campbell riding the train. Campbell's "smile" cracks me up!
Jason and Morgan on the slide.

We went to the Easter Egg-stravaganza at church yesterday. They had an air castle, air slide, train rides, and an egg hunt. Morgan had a blast. My parents came into town yesterday afternoon and we all went to church this morning. They put a sequencing video on the big screen and told all the parents to tell their child the story of Jesus' death, burial, and ressurection as the sequence was being drawn out. I thought it was a great idea and Morgan was fascinated. She keeps saying that Jesus had, "3 ouchies." Unfortunately, my poor Mom got sick during church (virus), so she came home to sleep while we ate lunch. I felt bad for Mom since they drove up yesterday to watch Morgan go Easter Egg hunting.
My mom brought her sewing machine, and we were planning on fixing Kennedy's curtains today. Melissa~ we decided to try your idea of adding the leopard fabric to the valance to make it longer. If that doesn't look good, we'll probably do the balloon valance. Hopefully, that will work though! My mom had to take the curtains home to work on them.
I don't know about you but I felt very blessed this Easter. I'm so thankful for the time we got to spend as a family today and during spring break. It was nice to just be home together. I'm really sad Jason has to go back to work tomorrow... I can't wait until summer!

Tell Morgan thanks again for riding the train with Campbell...it made her day. I do not know what is up with her new smile but it cracks me up too. Morgan looked so pretty this morning as usual, I just love her little personality.

I hope your Mom is feeling better and the virus stays away from the three of you:)

Thanks for trying my idea, but the way you pinned up the curtain is super cute! If you can get enough light control with the blinds, that may be the way to go. I still like the idea of adding the leopard to the curtain. It'll give them more spunk no matter if you leave them as panels or sew them together.

I can't wait to see the nursery in person. It's beautiful.
