Randomness! :)

I haven't turned on my lap top in over a week! I started back to work last Monday so it's been a busy week!  We registered 70 new students so I've been busy with new schedules, records request, etc. The beginning of the year is usually pretty crazy but I already feel like things are so much easier this year b/c I actually know what I'm doing! :)

We ended the summer with a bang last weekend!  First we celebrated Erin's birthday with dinner at Rancholoma (http://www.rancholoma.com/). It's an amazing restaurant in Coleman, TX where you are served a fabulous 5 course meal!  We went with 11 couples.  The husbands were sitting at their own table... they don't like taking pictures!  :)  I've never heard a room full of more laughter!  One of the funnest nights ever! :)

 After staying up way to late, we headed to Dallas at 8 a.m. for a girls shopping trip on Saturday morning.  We were all dragging!  For some reason I woke up at 3:30 a.m. and couldn't go back to sleep.  Luckily we slept in until 10 a.m. on Sunday morning and it was wonderful!! It was a great girls' trip with great friends, great food, and great fun!!

 In other randomness... the custom curtains I bought on Seize the Deal several months again were finally completed and hung on Friday!  Yay!

 Football has started... Jason hasn't made it home before midnight the past 3 nights, but we have enjoyed dinner with him in the World Famous Bean! :)  And the beginning of football season means I had to find my girls a cute outfit to wear to the games. I bought these tutu dresses from Bubble Babys on Etsy! 

 Since Morgan hasn't started school yet, and I had to go back to work, she spent the week with my Mom this week, so it was just Kennedy and I.  Let me just say, having only 1 child is soooooo easy!  Kennedy was my little partner this week!   I could just eat her up, she is so sweet!   She carries her "baby Leighton" everywhere!
