ACU 41-WT 34! The game did not dissappoint... it was the usual hard fought game between ACU and WT. It actually came down to the last play of the game, but we pulled it off and are

We made the trip to Canyon and drove home last night so we could go to Cinderella today. The girls slept on the way for a little while.
We got to the game just in time for kick off (very unusual for me!) We saw Jenn (her husband coaches at WT) when we were walking in and she gave the girls a little Disney gift from her trip to Orlanda, FL! The girls loved them... thanks Jenn!!
We saw Jason as they were walking onto the field... the girls ran over and gave him a hug!! Too sweet!!

Had to get Kevin Washington in the picture!! Dr. Money who just resigned as the President of ACU is also in the picture... just behind Jason. Last year he told Jason he was "sure entertaining to watch." Haha! Jason was pretty entertaining last night when he got mad at the refs! I don't know if I've ever seen him do that as an assistant coach!
One of the defensive linemen, Marvin Jones came up to me after then game and gave me a hug and said, "Thanks for letting us have Coach Johns." Melted my heart, b/c as coaches wives we give up A LOT for the our husbands to be able to do their jobs. Some days I'm so over the being a single Mom during the season thing! ;) Ha ha!

The game may have been the best I have ever seen. What an honor to have witnessed. The Cats are very deserving for all their hard work and way to go coaches.
Kennedy and Morgan were such good girls at the game. I sure appreciate all your folks did to make it possible for you to be able to go.
As always great to see everyone and I am so thankful you had had safe travel back home. Same said for our team and all the fans...on both sides of the ball.

Congratulations to the ACU Wildcats and coaches. Awesome and exciting game. The girls were perfect at the game, even thought the trip home was a little rought on them. That is the sweetest picture of the girls hugging their dad before the game. Oh, and thanks for putting that picture of me on there alseep. It was cute of Morgan holding my arm and laying on my shoulder but you could have cut the rest of me out of it. (Payback time). Ha! Congratulations and good luck in the playoffs.
